Project Quant: Confirm Deployment Phase

The goal in this phase is to determine that patches successfully deployed.

I suspect the variables will change a bit as we convert this one into the quantitative model. Based on the initial survey results, organizations use a ton of different techniques to confirm successful patch deployments, and any single organization uses various techniques for different platforms.

Notice that we are testing both successful deployment, and successful functioning of the patch. Again, I realize not all organizations consistently test for both, but we are trying to include all possible options in the model.
